Meet Our Horses
Tara is a 1994 Warmblood mare who is the heart of our lesson program. She had a successful career in hunter over fences and hunter under saddle before retiring to the lesson program where she has taught many young riders the ropes. Tara retired from the lesson program in 2018 and now enjoys ruling her domain from the field and watching the other horses do all the work!
Sadly, we lost Tara in 2020 at the age of 26. She will forever be a part of our hearts and our farms legacy.

Summer Storm "Boomer"
Boomer is a 2009 Quarter Horse Cross that we rescued in April of 2016. Boomer was extremely underweight with a dirty, matted coat that was so full of rain rot his hair came out in clumps. Boomer began his training after he gained weight and health in Summer 2016. He was trained by Shanna Rose and has earned many ribbons for our kids over the years! Boomer has become an excellent addition to our program with his calm unflappable nature, he works with our beginner students as well as seasoned riders and is a true Cinderella story.
